I spent over two hours straight last night trying to record a song I finished but I was unsatisfied with what I ended up with. This song was written on the piano and after playing the song over and over again and singing it over and over again I don't know if its good anymore.

I suppose that's the trouble - when you play something repeatedly then the song may sound the same.

This new song is more up tempo and requires drums, base and electric guitars. But I'm going to go home and try again. Slow songs are easier to write and compose. Trial and error. So I'm going to try again.
